This was one of first video out in the market in the 80’s; not certain possibly the first one on huhng ga kyuhn. A few years ago, I picked up the DVD version and was surprised after 20 years that it still holds up. :D

Nice link, lots of goodies in there. Abouttthmmm 80% of what I see in this one is found in our crane sets and forms. At point 1:24 starts a sequence I am BIG into now during sparring, a big spirt(courage) move.
