WTF is up with the guys in war paint and afro wigs?

I caught one this past week. I think they're rippin on the whole Parliament image.

All I want to know is where was the help wanted ad to be Chuck's biotch...I can clean and do laundry as well as that kid and I know I cook better...that'd be a cool job.

I thought the war paint and stuff was a bit affected but they had some cool things to say, especially after dude lost.

Coincidentally, I just worked out with my main jujitsu partner from a couple years ago and he's met them a couple times at tournaments...the Arnold Classic one year, I know. He said they were way cool...and this is coming from a straight laced sherrif's deputy.
