My teacher, Stephen Elaimy, will be conducting a couple of workshops this Saturday. If you're in the Seattle area, please consider attending!
Workshop for Beginners
Saturday, December 2nd
10 am - 1:30 pm
$30
This workshop will cover Siu Lim Tao, Wing Chun's first empty hand form, as well as basic punches, kicks, and fighting application. If you know of anybody interested in taking up kung fu, this would be a good way to get them introduced to the style. It is also good for those of you who are new to the system or looking to get back into Wing Chun.
Chi Sao Workshop
Saturday, December 2nd
2:30 pm - 6 pm
$30
This workshop is reserved for those of you who have been working on double sticky hands. We will begin by refining single hand and then move to double hand. We will work on the inside and outside movements, moving chi sao, and traps. Most importantly, we will practice being engaged with intent and long bridge energy. This workshop will also increase your chi sao stamina.
