Mark Twight is a certified crossfit guy, but he definately has his own take on the principles.

I like his stuff moreso than crossfit's wod's. He actually had a public falling out with crossfit a while back on there message boards for not plugging them in this trailer and other disagreements on the message boards. I think they even banned him from their boards. I'm not sure what the status is now.
