Can Chi flow to your fist making it stronger?

I know in Iron palm they can make chi flow to their palms. I never heard of an Iron fist technique though. So can anyone tell me if chi can go to the fist? Please reply. Thank you. Jason

sending energy to any part of the body is possible , why would you think that if you can send it to the palm you wouldnt be able to do so to the fist?

Thanks but I'll stick to good body mechanics and control to make a strong punch and leave the force to the Jedi's.
