Nice!
BTW- The top navigation looks distorted in Firefox, like the text is too big to fit into the area (least on my machine)

Thanks Alan, interesting.
Not dissing you in any way but why do they call it NHB when there are no head shots?
I hate no head shot rules!
Are you planning to enter any more 'N' NHB fights?

check my reply at the beginning of the thread....
personally, starting in amateur nhb helped me gain some experience and confidence before going full pro...theres a lot to learn to be successful and be able to protect yourself with confidence before fighting full pro...have you competed cos im sure youll agree....though you may not agree with me and thats cool...we all have different paths to follow....

check my reply at the beginning of the thread...Sorry Alan, managed to miss that!
personally, starting in amateur nhb helped me gain some experience and confidence before going full pro...Sure, that's a good idea. I really do just hate no head shot rules though!have you competed Not yet! :( Just had the opportunity come up last year before I got pneumonia, asthma and a bulging disc... :D Gotta bleedin larf. Hopefully getting back to full fitness this year. Always sparred full contact and head shots though. My MMA teacher often got us padded up and encourages us to go NHB, to the extent that it's as competitive as a competition rather than just sparring.
Sure thing about the different paths, but I seriously wasn't trying to take a chip out of your training/experience in any way. It really is just as simple as: I hate no head shot rules! I feel them far too restricting and for me personally I felt like this restriction was actually affecting my skills negatively.

no worries bro...its all good...sad to hear of your illness and injury, things get in the way of our paths and it sucks eh?...our sensei in LA, Eddy Millis, says that if you arent injured you arent training hard enough! harsh but true to a degree......best of luck in the future and i hope you return meaner and stronger!
