Myself and my staff (Tim O'Connor and Ian Morgan) will be doing a one day San Da seminar at Lama Pai Sifu's school in Carle Place, Long Island, this May. Space is limited and this is the first time we are doing a seminar on Long Island

Striking: Boxing, elbows, knees and kicks
Clinching: Keep it standing or take it to the ground
Throwing and takedowns
Fighting from the top: ground work for the stand up fighter

San Da one day intensive
