Let's see: Fencing - did a bit. However Fencing is rather divorced from it's martial roots. It was highly formalized, non-lethal, sword play derived from 1-on-1 duels. It's still fun though and there is some quite useful sword work in fencing when you get beyond the rules of the game and into the theory of technique.

Can't really comment on most of the others as my stick fighting and bokken fighting has been mostly of the back-yard variety rather than through any over-arching organization.

However a small anecdote. I had a friend back in London who used to curse and moan because of being regularly DQ'd from more than a few SCA matches after defeating their "grand master" using unorthadox (read not-medaeval european) sword techniques.
