describe this hardened bruise.
typically bruises go away with massage, good circulation (good hydration is key), and maybe a little jow to speed things along. basically, like so many girls i met in high school, give the bruise some attention and it will go away. :D

well I did rub it. I didn't use jow. it's like a lump and there are no colors on it.

rubbing jow, and ahn moor are two different things. There is a specific method to "rubbing in jow", which will break up and disperse the bruise.

can i ask how you received this bruise?
was it from 3 star blocks or hitting the wooden dummy. because in the past i had also experienced the lumps under the skin and its like you can grab onto it.
if that's the case, just give it time to heal.

the bruise is about 3 weeks old. It's a few inches below my right knee. I got it when I was trying to go out to the balcony in my bedroom.

it means its got blood circulation in it, so it isnt rad fluid, thats gd jus let it heal, the redness is jus blood.
