what back issue had bespectled cheng of bagua featured, i think it was written by frank allen & carlence lu ???.

....I have no idea. Frank Allen has been writing for us for a while, although not so much lately. Most of the submissions during my watch (since '99) have been by him alone or with Sally Sonen Kealy. So I'm guessing it was pre-99, which I don't have logged in my memory banks as well. Try look through our Back Issue Table of Contents (http://ezine.kungfumagazine.com/magazine/index.php) and if you find one that might be a likely candidate, I can look it up for you to confirm.
