How goes it. Thanks for sharing the clip. I think it's important that the Shuai aspect being trained in Tanglang or Kung Fu for that matter.

I also like the fact that this is trained with aliveness and without gloves. I highly recommend this training format for Tanglang which I believe would be ideal for the future MQ matches. I am all for it because we work with similar format.
