Cool stuff. While I don't buy where he got it from, it definately can help with ROM, joint strength, and coordination. I do my own Body flow'ish workout on tues and thursday as a recovery workout.
PM FooFighter. He's right into it.

Ketchtup,
I have experienced with Body Flow and had much success with it. BUT to be honest you will have to find space and time and Body Flow should be practiced "daily" along with Warrior Wellness if possible and finding that commitment and space is pretty difficult. I find it difficult and maybe you will have more discipline than me? <wink> I do warrior wellness daily and do BodyFlow on average twice a week. I am not going to sell you, but it does work as FordPerfect has written in my humble opinion.
However, if you want to practice moving meditation, yoga like movements, and dynamic flexibility then "Body Flow" might be a good thing for you. Body Flow has helped many martial artists especially grapplers regain their flow. I would recommend that you get the video series and the book. If money is an issue than get the video alone.
I will be certified as a Circular Strength Training Coach this April and if you have any questions relating to BodyFlow or anything in that nature please go the CST/Rmax forums at www.clubbell.tv . My screen name there is the same here.
Much Strength to You,
Bao
