I was actually rooting for OU to win last night. Wow, USC looked good.

I was going to post something, but I thought this better a rhetorical thing....

Such is life.
I underestimated USC.

I think OU was right there in the mix until that guy tried to pick up the punt. He's going to have to live with that mistake for a long time!

Yep. OU scored first and had USC on their heels. That play turned the whole thing around. And then Jason White got Jim Kelley syndrome and played horribly in the big game. Man, what a legacy to live with... He's 24-3 as a starter. Two of those 3 losses were in National Championship games...

I wouldn't go that far.. but yeah, they had before that, a slight edge...
I personally think Jason White is over rated.. but he is rated so high, it is not hard to do... either way, I think he may be top 5, but not the best college qb. Dude, I was really hoping for a good game....
Yeah, white has a ****ty rep now in big games, I was saying that to a friend the other night... wow, he may have a 0-2 record in championships.. but have nearly a unblemished record other than that (the third loss was a conference championship if I remember correctly..... so 0-3 in championship games 0-2 in national...)

I've never thought White was that great. I doubt if he'll make it as a 3rd string NFL QB; that's if anyone even takes a chance on drafting him anyway.
It's OU's system that works. Huepel, Hybl, White... all average. You just plug an average guy into the Stoops' system and he looks like a superstar.

He looks like a superstar unless it's in a championship game. Maybe you should lay off Peyton for not being able to win the big one either! :D
