His constant browbeating, insuting and threatening behaviour
is condoned by the moderators, so now he only has himself to talk
to as his good buddy Steven T. Richards has once AGAIN, quit SPM.

Been there myself. Started a thread on a school I attended for years as not being legitimate, shared the facts on it and posted examples of these on the forum so others won't get into the same pain I had to go through. Jack Springer instantly insulted me publicly, called me dirty names, reported me to the mods as a troll. My message was instantly edited while his insults and dirty language was left there untouched. I followed up with questions asking why my message was edited when all I wanted to do is to warn others not to make the mistake I did. Got no answer. The slandering from Springer just got worse, the mods did nothing about it no matter how many times I reported these referring to forum rules not allowing it. Springer has completely overtaken that forum and killed it accordingly. Springer is like a cancer that destroys everything and there is no cure for it now for the individuals running it are in too deep contact with Springer and his circles. They can only sit there like spiders on the web hoping another prey will fall in, yet watching their forum being destroyed everytime someone drops by. I left that forum a long time ago, it has really died out since, there is nothing left there - but Springer. But who really cares anyway. They suffer from their own mistakes.

PS: I heard Springer - for the first time - is setting up an MMA fight where he wants to prove himself. I think the challenge is to take place in the UK and he already has one (or more) opponent(s). Anyone has any more info on this?

Loser Springer has already been whining about how he cannot make the trip over there because he fears being arrested. Funny thing, if he is a "made man" in Chinese Associations, why can't he arrange a private session in one the Association houses in the UK? Better still, why not duke it out in Lee Lien's backyard? Let the Grandmaster see for himself who has the "killing hand"!!!

There will be no fight. It's all mouth boxing.

Bahaha, I knew it. Springer is all for talk but shows nothing when it comes to doing what he says. Good excuse to get out of the challenge, being affraid to be arrested... hahahahha. He knows he can't do half of what he says, beating 3 guys in the ring all at once. Fool is whoever follows him. I have seen his hands before, looked as leathal as any 1st level student in our school but what can you expect from someone who learned most of his art from video tapes.

In profession yes. Lots of noise pollution, all for a show that's nothing but a good laugh. Insulted many people, said many things about himself but has done NOTHING to prove them.

Just read more of the postings last night, looks like the fight will actually happen. This will be very interesting to see. Springer is challenging two guys to fight him in a major British MMA event. They're still not giving the exact date and time but I'll post it here as I know more. I'll keep an eye on the events as they unfold. I definitely want to see Springer fight. He is known to be one of those very few 'video masters' - learning most of what he knows from VHS tapes.

Springer has just been dissassociated from his Pai, the LYS (Lee Yi Sing) Pai of the Southern Praying Mantis Kung-Fu.

The SPM board was killed by all the internal politics of various lineages. At the end of the day, no one gives a fu*k about lineages unless they are in that lineage. For most SPM thats about 10 members... Big deal, its not like it affects 10s of thousands members.

People need to grow up and go and see the various people head to head, make their own decisions through personal contact, rather than spreading gossip via the internet.

I'm personally an SPM practitioner and posted some info on that board just like I did on any other. I came to that forum by browsing around, looking for other SPM people I can share info with, didn't even know who this Jack S. jerk was. He immediately jumped on me calling nasty names and insulting me publicly becuase I didn't use my own name to post and because the info I posted wasn't suiting to HIS tastes (by the way he uses the name 'JSF USA' to post, I had no clue who that was but to him it is perfectly normal NOT to use his own name).

I submitted his vulgar language and public insults to the mods right away. THEY DID NOTHING!! He continued his dirty insults till I realized this guy is a jerk, fedup with himslef, cares about no one but himself. The mods don't even realize that the only person everyone argues with is Jack Springer, because he insult people right away. That is the funny thing there, the mods don't even realize this guy is the cause of all problems. No wonder he was kicked out by his own master :) ... hahahahah.

This is the real question, if you are then there should have no problem about what anybody says. As for providing a real name, I think its a good idea. It at the very least means people are accountable for what they say. People 'think' that the internet makes them anonymous and they can say any sh1t they want too and get away with it. This is one way to make people responsible for what they say or at least think about what they are going to say.

Now wouldn't you agree this is a good idea ? That when you post a question you are accountable for it ?

Now internet sh1t talking is especially prevalent in SPM. So you'd think this would be a good method for getting people to concentrate on real questions.

Cause at the moment this thread is just about b1tching and moaning. I dont care, this is just a little bit of fun before I go off and do something real and important.

Not at all. Anyone can provide a 'real' name, you wouldn't know if it is real or not. Forums are regulated on IPs, not names. Most forum anywhere else use the anonymous name systems. I could say I am 'Andrew' and this could either be true or not true plus there are at least 25 million Andrews around the world (so you too practice using anonymous names). IPs are, however unique and it is the more reliable way to track someone's true identity.

It is not to Springer's decision how people can use a forum. Forum regulations are posted clearly and everyone follows it. Trashing not allowed on that forum either but he enjoys unique priviledges, insults everyone AND that the Mods allow this to happen; this is what everyone's saying.

SPM has bad politics becuase of such forums and individuals who insults Sifus, students and reps (without even knowing it) and becuase of those who allow this to happen. They are the sole sh1t steerers in any art, that is where all of that begins but they are the first to point fingers at others.
