hey just saw this from Tai Seng. called NEW Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.

Based on the characters in the movie but very different outcome and story line.

It was a miniseries/soap opera in HK. A shame that Tai Seng edited it down to just over 4 hours. I know most of their soap operas were at least 5 and 6 hours in length when put together.

I've heard the book is part of a trilogy ???

Hey gene:

Don't you think its time to create a separate forum catagory for topics other than KF or MA. The main one is so cluttered with stuff I just skip it now.

The TV series played on Chinese TV here in the SF area. It was ok. Actually, CTHD is based on a long-running wuxia series. We carry the comic version (http://www.martialartsmart.net/bcbct001.html) that is translated into English.

As for the main forum, yes, it's cluttered. Think of it like cannon fodder. ;) There's no way to control what people post where with out putting a serious damper on the democratic nature of an web forum. But you learn to read around and find what is useful to you.

But you learn to read around and find what is useful to you. Generally how long does it take one to acquire such skill?

See my post count. I'm still learning.

Be afraid. Be very afraid.

The first step is to learn to laugh about it. Never approach the forum with too much gravitas, or the trolls will have a field day with you. It is said that laughter is the first sign of enlightenment.
