I read the whole tao of gung fu book today in books a million,and while reading bruce lee mentions a turttle style of kung fu?what is that?I have heard of frog,crab,and dog but never turttle.(also I have seen people posting about good workout programs, and bruce lee also has a book out with all of his weight lifting exercises and schedual.)
