Hi All,


Has anybody got a good recipe for an after workout electrolyte drink?
I like to mix up some suger , salt, OJ and water as I read something somewhere once. Anyone got a 'super mix' with some ratios?

1. 16 oz Seltzer Water

2. Lemon or Lime or Blue berry juice

3. a teaspoon of "Roytal Camu"

4. a teaspoon of "Royal Maca"

These two products can be found on www.wholeworldbotanicals.com .

5. salt

6. L-Glutamine

7. Stevia

8. 15 grams of Whey Protein

I pre-blend these thing and drink this after a workout. I like to drink Iced Green Tea in the summer.
