paid about 120 i think....... i like it.... i use it alot so i guess its worth it.....

What I like most about kettlebells is that they are a convenient home gym for me. I advise buying the next size up, though.

Yeah ab roller. Looks like you went the smart way and bought the $9 one at a local sports store instead of paying $30 for on on TV.

fa-jing..... i want the next size up... but u know.....$$$$....

IF.... that wheel is like an heirloom.... my dad had that joint for... well.... forever... so i snatched it from him....

MS.... the s&h IS high... it took me a few months of thinking about it to go ahead and spend the $$.... the poster is from the US team trails in Atlanta last year... i paid WAAAAY too much to get it framed... but the girl at the framing place was cute... noteable signatures on the poster>> Albert Pope... Pat Barry....Brian Madigan.... Mike Norman.... Duncan Duffin... Tat Mau Wong... Anthony Goh.... Tiffany Chen... and a bunch more....
