There are two seminars planed for January 4th-11th, 2004 in beautiful Orlando, FL.

Topics for all seminars:

One-Hand Internal Weng Chun "Geng" methods - basic and advanced
Free-Sparring with Grand Master Hoffmann
Combat Exercises and Streetsmarts

1. Fa Kuen and the second form of Weng Chun for Chi Sau ("touch and feel")
2. Weng Chun waist training. Many martial arts styles use restricted waist movements that only turning the body to the left and right. This workshop will focus on learning to use your waist in a full 360° movement and how to develop waving power and pulsing energy in all dimensions. This has two immense benefits: The first is the many possible combat applications (Groundfighting, throws etc.). The second aspect is the tremendous benefit for your internal organs and for your muscles, tendons, nerves and joints.
3. Total combat: learn to use Weng Chun against strikers and grapplers
4. Streetsmarts: learn to deal with "dirty tricks"
5. Chi Sau and Kiu Sau
6. Man follows the Earth. Earth follows Heaven. Heaven follows the Dao. Dao follow what is natural - Dao De Jing. What is the nature of your movement? What is the nature of your mind? Learn to feel the connection between martial arts and Chan.
