There was a special last night on the Discovery channel called "XMA: Extreme Martial Arts", it was a two hour special on the effects Martial Arts has on the human body.

Did you know that humans can have a force of up to 2000 pouns in a single kick or punch?

Information on the various weapons used in martial arts and the effect it has with a direct blow to the body.

Did anybody else see it? If you did then reply with what you learned liked most about it.

The only thing I liked was the science stuff. The Sport Krottie forms and weapons were ridiculous. And the sparring was horrible.

That was even worse than the Discovery Channels Top Ten Martial Arts. I taped it but it's not worth saving even for entertainment value.

It seemed like just a gimmick for promoting the Last Samurai, though the CGI stuff was pretty cool.

Were I in fact the Hulk, I would have Hulked out, crushed my television, utterly smashed the Discovery Channel HQ, then would have plucked out my own eyes and smashed them as well.

Were I Royce, I would have simply choked the suck from the Discovery Channel. Because there is no way in Heaven or Earth that the suck could be removed from the XMA.

I would have preffered a gold plated one!

I'm getting a Gold/Silver/and Puke Brown camo gi. Then I'll buy some glo-chucks and a glow-staff. And yell things like KIYA! and HWARGRAIFA HA!.

God, that sucked. I can't believe how badly it sucked.
