A Discovery Channle special on Martial Arts. It has some awesome animation showing how power is actually generated.

It looks like it may be cool. But most of the commercials look like Modern Wushu and Sport Karate, so I'm a little Skeptical.

The show is called XTREME Martial Arts.

good point. However, I think this one might be worthwhile.

i saw something abiout extreme martial arts in a mag. it looked like a marketing thing where they sell books and videos to improve your martial arts skill and blah blah blah. looked like another marketing tool to make money off of people's lack of knowledge of the art.
