I've seen it somewhere, but I have to find it... check the video section on wushucentral.. there are a few versions that go by the same name, but there are also drawings of it around too....

That is pretty similar to my Wu Bu Chuan. Mine has a few extra things in it in the beginning. For starters, mine drops into a low snake stance with a downward chop, THEN shifts into the bow stance and punch. The opening in mine uses clenched fists instead of open palms too.

Other than that, it's pretty much the same set as the video.
