flipping the channels last night and I cam across the "5 deadly venoms on Showtime. Wow so clear. Not like thepirated copies I have. It had extended footage but nothing really interesting just some conversation and long death scenes.

Does any one know if this is the release of that Co. that bought the Shaw brothers library? Hope its a sign of things tome come. Have some old/early shaw movies but very grainy and hard to watch without having the lights out. Also most don't have subtitles or dubbed. Funny one is in Korean.

The two Hastings stores here in Amarillo, TX has about 25 Shaw Scope movies for $1.99 each. Alot of the movies are with the Venoms although I don't know if they are in the movie you saw. If you have a Hastings store anywhere around there, you should check them out!

5 Deadly Venoms have there name because of the movie 5 Deadly Venoms.. so, when it says a movie is starring the 5 Deadly Venoms, it wasn't a group that made a few movies per say, it was a group that got there name from one of there movies that was famous, that acted together in numerous other flicks.

Price ranges from $6.00 -20.00.

Showtime Extreme has been showing the original 5 Deadly Venoms. It's a pretty clean transfer, too.
