Gene,

The Shaolin Kung Fu video Groundward Fist (Product # PR-GS202), is that all on the ground fighting tactics, or just a lot of flips etc?

It's breakfalls, so yeah, flips. If you understand ditang, there are lots of ground fighting applications, but not what we have been calling 'ground fighting' ala UFC. Unfortunately, this video does not show the apps, so it just looks like flips.
