so SC Colly ha?.. you getting snow there or what? And hows colly for winter training? The reason I ask is that Im in China and may head north for winter. Expecting to freeze my butt off but as long as I can establish a good winter ( and I'm talking -19degrees winter) I'll be fine. What do you think? For that matter, has anyone else got any suggestions? really..just plannin ahead :D

right now the weather isn't that bad, this morning looks a little bleak though, but no snow as yet.
i don't mind the shift in climate, just don't wanna get sick. :)

i did a thread about Air and acclimatizing , cold weather etc. in the main board , got some decent replies, check it out , its a few pages back so you'll have to search.
