I had a body alignment done at a holistic wellness center. - i feel like a million bucks.

every joint is nice and loose.

it wasn't what i expected, (chiropracter snap crackle pop deal.)

i would highly reccomend it to anyone.

I got a free adjustment at Taiji day in my town a few months ago -- it was my first time. Awesome!

My mother used to be anti-chiropractor when I was a kid and I guess it stuck with me. He asked what I feared. I told him I had reservations of someone playing with my neck. He told me he cracked about 30 people a day.

I'm making another appointment!

sorry... i probably wasn't clear. - it wasn't the chiropracter snap crackle pop that i expected.

i like the snap crackle pop.... but i have been warned by various ppl that it isn't really good for you.... it could be dangerous if the guy isn't good... etc....

i used to think my posture was pretty good.... but now i feel like i'm sitting straight for the first time.

... i'll be going again in two weeks.

actually chiropractic can get addictive, however i recently had my first experience with rolfling and want to get the 10 session therapy. check out www.rolf.org and learn about the structural intergration and harmonize with gravity.

ma,

rolfing is a great massage technique, but isn't the focus more on the muscles? - the fellow i went to is able to diagnose problems.

he did extensive work with cancer patients. - and also interestingly enough, million dollar race horses.

i hear that a certain ufc fighter used to have this guy flown out to work on him as well.
