All of these have been around longer than my thread and are at least as off topic, if not more (it was about Buddhism after all). Hey, you're the moderator - I'm just trying to understand what got me kicked out when these stay, so like, I won't do it again. :)

I know how that goes, I have to feed my ego also. It was nothing big, they just changed the google banner so that it had some chinese characters in the letters and a picture of a ram. Why were they banned in China?

Not at all. HKV is a self-obsessed little twerp with a serious Napolean complex, a complete lack of contact with the real world and a desperate need to constantly tell people about his (supposed) achievements, whether they ask or not. On top of all that, he is unable to stay with a teacher for any length of time because he's convinced that he knows everything already and he learned all his kung fu from books.

He is really quite amusing, if you conceive of him like a strange laboratory experiement gone horribly wrong, but he's really a very sad little man.

You watch, he'll respond to this either by challenging me or referring to me being a Serpent.

To be honest there was a time when I thought he was OK, but I have watched his behaviour and some of the things he has said in the past and the more I think of it the more I think he is a goose.

Case in point - the challenge fight between TWS and reemul. HKV believed that TWS would win simply because he was defending the honour of his school i.e. Shaolin-do. Not a word from HKV when TWS was humbled by reemul.

HKV constantly challenges other people on the forum, and talks big with his "My door is always open" line. It always comes across to me that there is little substance behind the bluster.

Anyway, this is my own personal opinion, and I really should not be bagging the guy on the forum.

He might challenge me to a duel :D
