Wing Chun in Manila, Phillippines

This is for a friend of mine. Is there any good Wing Chun in Manila, Phillippines?

He just told me anything good will do, actually. I imagine if anything you guys would know of Wing Chun though.

Has your friend every done Wing Chun Before? I have a student that moved back there not to long ago. He is good at what he does. He has almost made it up to Chum Kiu but things came up and he had to move.
