Are these high-level combat skills too powerful for the public?
The Shocking Story of How the Feds
Are Trying to Prevent You From Getting This Elite Combat Training!
When we brought together former Navy SEALs and DELTA Force soldiers to teach their spec-op level armed and unarmed skills to a small group of ordinary civilians for 4 intense days, word quickly got back to Washington — and the whole thing sent shockwaves throughout the entire Defense bureaucracy!

Regardless of the hype ad copy Tom Carter and Frank Cucci are legit, both excellent instructors and I know that Carter is well respected amongst the small part of community that I've worked with. I briefly trained under Cucci and the man has the goods. While I haven't seen the tape I do know that Carter did have many of his Delta buddies as range instructors there.

Hi,
I worked out with a guy who went through a Scars course.
He said it was good and that lots of the guys went into town and kicked peoples asses...Bacon samies and pink socks and all!
That is what worries me about these "combat" systems. When do they indoctrinate their students about proper use of force and ethical use of force?
Even when life is on the line U.S. Military has certain SOP of what the can and cannot do and how to act.
This may not be clear in combat and when your life is on the line but if some dude spills their beer on you in a crowded bar that is no reason to break him!
My 2 cents

a person can learn to throw a punch from watching tae bo. it's not a difficult thing. teaching them the uses of it and the morality of such uses takes a little more effort, and most weekend programs can't cut it.

Thanks for the input guys! A guy I met at school seems to think scars is the ultimate. He said you learn it really fast (for a huge price). Sounded a little flaky. I was pretty turned off by the whole "ultimate warrior after one weekend idea."

Many good MA could teach you to ream people in 3 days.
Intention and attitude are 99% of it. The rest are some basic techniques that you probably already know.
Local San Soo folk (not all San Soo folk I hope) teach with a similar mindset. They get allot of messed up people in there school.
