I have been learning the mook form. And I am about half way through. I have been super busy the past few weeks and have not been able to go over it much and before I train with my teacher again I want to make sure I agot it down pat. Can someone post a link showing the moves and the order the set go in. Just a kind of memory refreshener. Thanks a lot.

They vary just a tad between lineages you know...

Yep, I just need a basic idea of what set go were. I can remember each set but the last two I learned I am getting mixed up. The first 4 or 5 are good to go. The last set I am sure of is the one with the 4 double palm strikes. After that I can't remember for sure if it is the double arm blocks or not. Basically just a memory jogger is what I need.

That would be what I would do next. Then a couple of bells & whistles followed by the assorted kicks, the bit with gum sau to middle arm + stepping in, low bong sau bit, then the other gum to middle arm + assorted finishing things + add on assorted extras to taste!
Was that enough of a jog? ;)
Admittedly a video clip attachment would be nice.

Cipher, you've missed the point.

What's the point?
I know the different lineages have different movement's but most WC people I have seen follow the basic moves, at least enough to recognize what they are doing.
