Kingston harbour is filthy from all the cargo ships and waste products from the factories. But other than the harbour and a few other sore spots , its pretty ok, Id say yeah its healthy.

The Island is a beautiful place, and the spirit of the place keeps people coming back and deciding that this is just Home and want to stay here forever.

as for the poverty... I dont know, it depends on who's judging and what you call poverty. (worse on earth.. i doubt it...who told you that?)
