Yip Wing hong s Dragon style videos are they any good. Are they worth buying do they go into lots of detail on the style.I have Man Kwong Fong s Pak Mei video and that video would be hard to learn from.If Yip Wing Hongs videos are like Man Kwong Fongs video then i dont think i would buy them. You would already have to have some excperience in Pak Mei to learn from Man Kwong Fong s Pak Mei video.

i have v.2 of ywh's dragon style tapes.
i thought it was a little better than mkf's pak mei tape.
... but, if you think you're gonna learn the style from the tape... think again.
(*esp since the mirror image of the forms are shown... litterally. - they are doing the forms in front of a mirror, and they are taping the mirror.)
you can defnintely pick up a few good drills, and get a feel for the style, but be realistic.

Greetings,
Videos are good if you have a good background in whatever system you are studying. By the way tnwingtsun, how did the tourney go that Dr wong went to? I think it has been said before, it is much better to have someone work with you in person first, then use tapes for reference.
Humbly yours
